I can verify that the information I'm entering is correct. My SSID broadcast is hidden, so I have to manually enter the information in to get connected initially, this means enabling the function to connect to the SSID even if it isn't broadcasting, within Windows. When connected, the signal strength is "Excellent" and shows full bars. When the connection drops, I can still see all the other access point around me. My router is a Netgear R7000P and all other devices can connect to it and will stay connected.

Changing the adapter settings within Windows will connect it again, but the connection will drop within a few minutes. I picked up the Netgear AC1200 WiFi USB adapter (Model A6210) to replace it, but once connected to my access point, it will disconnect shortly afterwards and stay disconnected. Unfortunately, it physically broke recently so I had to replace it.

I originally had a Cisco WiFi adapter that I had for close to 8 years that worked perfectly for the time that I had it.
